Join us, and puppeteer Kimberley Howe, in the construction and animation of our second large scale (10ft) puppet! A giant wolf "in sheep's clothing"! 


Learn how to animate our (10ft) Wolf


CREATIVE KIDS of all ages are welcome to participate

Come to Factory163- 163 King Street, Stratford



  • working at multiple stations 

  • building parts of our second SpringWorks' creature

  • paper maché and assembling the workings of our very tall "Surprise"


  • learn how to make some already finished cool "festival puppets" come to life

    • these puppets are between 2 and 4 feet tall​

    • and our 10 ft wolf

      Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult

Stay for 15 minutes, an hour or two, or check out how things are progressing over the weekend

Kimberley R Howe
Artist & Workshop Facilitator


Kimberley R Howe is a multi-faceted artist and administrator who has fallen in love with puppetry. After completing the Humber Puppetry Intensive, she began teaching puppet making workshops for children, puppeteering in parades, making all manner of puppets, and has been performing ever since. She has worked with Shadowland Theatre, Clay and Paper Theatre, Puppetmongers Theatre, the Artichoke Heart Collective, and the Toronto Puppetry Collective. She has also performed at Culture Days, and is currently building The Toronto International Puppet Library, which is scheduled to open to the public in 2016.
